Tranquility Acres

This beautiful home was badly sunburned and the finish was no longer protecting the wood. The challenge was the height and size of the walls. Our scaffolding allowed us to do the whole wall at once.

We spray on our foaming cleaner – let it sit for a few minutes – then start up with the hot- water pressure washer.

We use a large soft bristle ‘car-wash' brush and apply Timber Pro UV – usually 2 coats of color, then 1 coat of ‘clear'. The ‘clear coat', being the topmost coat, takes the abuse of the sun. As long as the topcoat is maintained – the color will stay.
